RANDOMSEATS LICENSE v1.0 Copyright (c) 2026 Eunsung Lee. All rights reserved. 1. Definitions "Software" means the RandomSeats source code, design, graphics, text, and the web, desktop, and mobile applications that distribute it. Third-party open-source components are excluded (see Section 12). 2. Reservation of All Rights All rights in and to the Software are owned by the copyright holder (Eunsung Lee). Except for the limited end-user license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted under this license. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. No right to view, copy, or use the source code is granted, and the fact that the code may be technically accessible does not constitute a right to use it. 3. Limited End-User License Subject to your full compliance with this license, the copyright holder grants end users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and run the Software solely for its intended purpose (the creation of classroom seating arrangements). This grant covers use of the running service only and conveys no right whatsoever to the source code, design, or any underlying component. 4. Prohibited Acts Without the copyright holder's prior written consent, you may NOT: a) Copy, reproduce, extract, or redistribute the source code, design, or content; b) Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works; c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or de-obfuscate the web, desktop, or mobile applications; d) Use the Software, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build datasets for any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or large language model (LLM) system, or analyze or extract it using bots, scrapers, or AI assistants; e) Remove or alter copyright notices or this license; f) Clone, re-host, or create a similar or competing service from the Software; g) Sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or any part of it. (Using the running service for its intended purpose, including in schools or academies, is permitted under Section 3.) 5. No Automated Access You may not access the Software through automated means, including bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or any API not expressly provided for end-user use. 6. Database Rights You may not extract, copy, or reuse a substantial part of the Software's databases, datasets, or stored content. 7. Suspension and Termination The copyright holder may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this license. Any breach automatically terminates the limited license granted in Section 3. 8. Enforcement Unauthorized use may constitute violations of applicable law, including the Copyright Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, the Information and Communications Network Act, and the Criminal Act of the Republic of Korea, and may subject the violator to civil and criminal liability. 9. Injunctive Relief You acknowledge that any breach may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that the copyright holder is entitled to seek immediate injunctive or provisional relief (including a court order to cease the infringing activity) in addition to any other remedy. 10. Reservation of Remedies The remedies stated in this license are not exclusive. The copyright holder reserves all other rights and remedies available at law or in equity. 11. No Assignment or Sublicense You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any right or position under this license to any third party. Any attempt to do so is void. 12. Third-Party Components The Software includes third-party open-source components, each governed by its own license. See the Acknowledgements page within the service. 13. No Warranty The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 14. Limitation of Liability The copyright holder is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. 15. No Support The copyright holder has no obligation to provide technical support, updates, maintenance, or responses to inquiries. 16. Modification of Service The copyright holder may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or the service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. 17. Compliance with Law You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Software. 18. No Waiver Failure by the copyright holder to enforce any provision of this license does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision, nor of the right to enforce it later. 19. Severability If any provision of this license is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 20. Survival Sections 2, 4, 8, 13, and 14 survive any termination of this license. 21. Entire Agreement This license constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written. 22. Governing Law This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction over the copyright holder's domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 23.
